• Signing Up with other ebaY vendors to make your sales more appealing

Day Two - Tuesday - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Day Three - Wednesday - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
The listing & consignment Software and Procedures

• Using the listing and consignment Software
• Loading the Pictures onto your Website
• Taking advantage of Trading Assistant & Power Seller features
• Complete Several Simulated Auctions
  • How to take quality digital photos
  • Practice taking several digital photos of several different items (small, medium, large, different colors, etc.)
  • Writing Quality Descriptions
  • Answering questions and customer service
  • What ifs?
• How to Handle customers with order problems

Day Four - Thursday - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Spend a full day in the store
• Review all processes learned in first three days in an actual retail environment.
• Discussions will include:

Day Five - Friday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

• Hiring Employees - Finding them, Interviewing, Applications, Government Forms Needed
• Paying your Employees - Payroll Services and accounting
• Your Grand Opening
